AIPM, Australian institute of project management
AIPM is the Australian institute of project management's certification program. There is involvement of competency-based program for workplace assessment. Applicants are needed for compiling all the evidence that helps in displaying their level of competency in the aspect of project management. It can be awarded at one of five levels.
1. The first level is CPPP, this level
requires the team meeting, need to create a plan to work on a specified
project.
2. Next level is CPPM, this is the
next level .This level is for the manager level who will handle the entire team
and also create a design for the specified projects.
3. Third level is CP SPM, this is the
senior manager level who will manage high quality and complex project.
4. Fourth level is CPPD, this is the
director level post who will set the goal of the organization.
5. Final one is CPPE, this level is
for the executive role. This is the most beneficial level for the organization.

There are six steps to get the benefit
of the RegPM certification
1. To get the benefit of the REGPM
program candidate should must be member of the Australian Institute of Project
Management (AIPM). And also the candidate who is not getting the membership of
AIPM, Can apply for getting the REGPM
certificate at the same time after become a member of AIPM.
2. The member of the AIPM can directly
apply for the REGPM certification through the official website.
3. Your RegPM certification demand a kind
of formal assessment as per your capabilities and experience.
4. You are needed to answer all the
questions and obtain evidence of the assessment document at the selected
position you have applied for. After the submission of application, the
successfully finished record copy needs to be provided within six months.
5. After assessment of the submission and also
holding an interview with candidate, the examiner will suggest the result of
the application.
