The PR, PDP and CMP:

The majority of CIOB pathways consist of Professional Review (PR), the Professional Review Development Programme (PDP) or the Chartered Membership Programme (CMP).

If you are without the required amount of experience to take the CIOB Professional Review, you will study the PDP. In addition, if you don’t have the necessary qualifications, we advise you to take part in the CMP.
